In case your wondering why it’s “Burleson Magnolia Farms HOA” and not just “Magnolia Farms”, the Board Secretary from 2003 to 2005 was not aware of the need to file franchise reports with the Secretary of State. As such, our charter was revoked and the Board had to file for reinstatement. During that time, another HOA was able to claim our name. The Board had to file for an Amendment to the filed Articles of Incorporation to change the name and get the charter reinstated.
