In 2016, The Board approved of a wood fence along the back of the Fleming property, as the family wished for privacy from their fenceline neighbors on Curtis. The Board made the decision and desire that this style, height, and color of fence are to be used by anyone within the HOA  that shares property fencelines with homes on Curtis and desire privacy.
